The following expression: "The probability that the measurement of Y yields and outcome a element of Sigma is" should be replated with "The probability that the measurement of Y yields and outcome b element of Gamma".

Also, it would be cleaner to replace P_c,b with P_cb in the last expression at the bottom of the slide.
