Describe the fix or the content request.

On the old IBM Quantum Learning Platform (LP), there were computational sections in John Watrous's UQIC courses called "implementation in Qiskit". Where they existed and could be updated easily, they have been brought over to the LP. There were some that could not be updated due to conflicting packages (like Galois). But these are a great addition for learners. The problematic ones should be reworked and re-included, and some should be added where they did not previously exist.
