[ QDC Feedback ] Add transpiler diagram to transpiler intro

The seminars on transpiler day at QDC got a lot of good feedback, in particular there was a cool diagram used on one of the decks that I think would be a great addition to the transpiler intro page as a way of summarising all the tools:

We now have Elena's source file but need to update it with the guidance of the AI transpiler team.

We should delay adding the image for now, since it's a nice-to-have - would rather add it once the Qiskit Transpiler service is back in the cloud, instead of editing it for now and then re-editing it.
