Add clarifying note in pulse-schedules

There will soon be a flag added to Compute resources indicating if a particular QPU supports pulse jobs. Add a clarifying note to the pulse-schedules file pointing users to the Compute resources page to determine whether a QPU has pulse job capability. (Waiting for the flag to be added to Compute resources)
