Describe the fix.

We do a deep dive on many of the options available for visualizations. I think some of this may be better in API reference? Instead, the guide should focus more on the most important options and how to find other options in the API reference.

Btw I opened #172 to track my feedback that I think this duplicates API docs a bit. Totally fine to be a later follow up, or to decide it's not worth pursuing.

I'll defer to @javabster and you all. It seemed like a good improvement we could make from my lay perspective, but you're 100% welcome to not pursue it, including due to lack of time.
