Quantum circuits are strangely displayed on some pages and have anchors

There are some pages in the API docs with circuits that are strangely displayed in comparison with others inside code blocks. Some of the circuits seem to have anchors associated as well when they shouldn't.

All the examples are found in historical qiskit versions and the issue seems to be fixed in the dev version but it needs more investigation, especially the anchors
