Labeling issues with SOT

Hi there！ There are quite a few labels like this

I think there is some bug here Could you please update the label of the SOT task?

1. 有的好像缺少了真实值gt的txt文件（car/030，plane/041和train046）
2. 论文中使用的对比算法的结果文件txt可以提供吗？方便我们对比自己算法的性能
3. 数据集的评测代码也没有提供

不知道能否将它们上传一下？ 十分感谢！
