Can i change the parameter(num_points = 10960)??? this change will cause what problem？？？

Changing this parameter will show the effect in the prediction performance. Lower number of points have faster inference but poor segmentation performance and vice versa. From what I understood this parameter will define how many neighbors to be considered for feature extraction of the Local Feature Aggregation module.
