每个actor跑在单独的web worker中

想想都有点兴奋呢 哈哈。 目前测试发现web worker的创建成本毫秒级 已经比较快了 希望可以通过不同的配置开启或者不开启，或者监控到只要支持web worker就自动开启这些特性。

@hufeng webworker 传递消息会自动序列化反序列化对象的， 不知道如果频繁传递消息性能损耗大不大 还有我 去年发现 webworker 也可以 inline 掉 https://github.com/boneVidy/inline-webworker
