Need tensorflow 2.2.0 for Python 3.6

The version 2.4.3 of keras does not work with tensorflow 2.2.0 on python 3.7

Even if i pass a hdf5 checkpoint or a fully saved model .h5 , the error is the same.

I have tested another built of tensorflow 2.2.0 but for a amd64 linux machine with python 3.6.10 and it worked without any problems.

If you could post reupload the python3.6 builds it would be great.
