Elytra placed in wrong armor slot on toggling staff mode
When I enable staff mode, then disable it, the elytra I had in my chestplate slot appears instead in my boots slot. Not a major issue, but it happens consistently, so I suspect its probably an easy fix, as well.

Yep! Thank you for notifying. :) It seems indeed like a simple issue, most likely due to some mathematical/logical error, we'll fix it when there's time!
Update on this- it looks like whats happening is that any armor you have equipped starts getting equipped from the boots up. Essentially it moves down to the bottom-most available slot. So its all armor, not just elytra.
