Request: Change Speed

Can you implement to change the speed of the torrent? like set the bandwidth max that the file can use to download (10kb, 100kb, 250kbs, etc).

BarMagnet in its current state is feature frozen but I’m planning to rewrite it later this year with a lot more features.
