Sync the Questions Solved On Different Browser

Problem: When using the extension on firefox , the extension is not linking to the previous data and is showing the problems solved stats same as the initial hooked repository even when the repository is already hooked to the extension in chrome.

Solution: The same hook must be reutilised while using the previously hooked repository must be synced over all the extensions.. so as to make the stats accurate or to find if the hook is present then an option should be provided to linked with hooked repository.
