Commit and contribute without submission

Describe the bug creating a contribution on github without submission.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. submit a solution any problem.
2. After contribute go to discussions .
3. Click again on Description .
4. See error . a new contribution will be invoked to github.

Expected behavior On submit only you can create a contribution .
