UI doesn't list pcap files

When I upload a single pcap file, everything works as expected. However, when I go back to /webshark/, The top bar is blank with WebShark on the left and gear icon on the right.

I don't see any errors and /webshark/json?method=files&= returns correct JSON with all files listed, including newly uploaded.
