[FEATURE REQUEST] UserVolumeBooster - Stream Volume

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I get annoyed when streams are way too quiet, and the maximum volume slider for them is frequently too low.

Describe the feature you'd like I would like for the stream volume slider to be able to go to above the default maximum.
