[FEATURE REQUEST] AppNotifications: Disable Server Notifications

I'd want to get notifications for any messages I receive, but I don't want it to include all server messages, and instead want only messages that either ping me directly or are coming from DMs. I ask this because I'm in several servers, and having notifications of those servers would clutter things up
