[BUG] UserVolumeBooster: "Vanilla" values (between 0-200%) have the display in their original spot

Describe the Bug Any voice values between 0-200% show the current percentage where it would be if there were no multiplier active - once 200% is exceeded then it works as intended

To Reproduce Set your amplification multiplier to 2 or more and try to change someone's volume below 200%

Expected Behavior The percentage indicator should follow the slider all the time
