Describe the Bug AppNotifications notify me all messages sent at voice-in text channels i didnt joined

To Reproduce

1. the sender sends messages on a voice-in text channel
2. waits until get notified the messages by the AppNotification plugin
3. also must nothing muted on the server

Expected Behavior an option to compeletely disable all notifications on voice-in text channels and another option to allow that only if you joined
