[BUG] AppNotifications: the use of the plugin crashes better discord

Describe the Bug i activate the plugin, i start receiving notification-windows and after a while better discord crashes. discord starts to accumulate ram used, the client start to become slower and slower (u notice it when switching channels) and it crashes.

To Reproduce Receive a lot of notifications, i guess

Expected Behavior No crashes occours

Additional Context i switch a lot of times channel clicking on the notify to "teleport" directly on the chat of the notification. Last time discord crashed was when 3 notifications together appeared and then crash.
