[FEATURE REQUEST] InAppNotifications option to not push server messages.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm in MANY Discord servers, so it gets annoying to see my push notifications light up every time I enable the plugin, especially from NSFW servers and strangers.

Describe the feature you'd like I would like to have a feature where server messages are not pushed, so that I only get notifications from DM's or friend requests.
