Assign Badges plugin works, but we cannot assign badges on your profile and other users.

Yeah we cant Assign Badges since the text Assign Badges isn't showing up in dropdown tool when right-clicking on the User PFP. But the badge is still appearing in the User before when it was assign to the User (And also Since the text Assign Badges was showing in the dropdown tool) . The Badge is still appearing on the User: image
