[BUG] InAppNotifications broken with mouse function buttons

Describe the Bug When getting a notification with InAppNotifications, clicking on it will redirect me to the channel, however, when I press the button on my mouse to go back to the previous channel, it instead sends me to the channel I was in 2 channels ago.

To Reproduce Step 0: Have buttons on your mouse that allows for easy navigation. Step 1: Get an in-app notification, click it. Step 2: Press the button on your mouse to go back. Step 3: You'll be taken to the channel that you were in 2 channels ago.

Expected Behavior In steps: Step 1: Get an in-app notification, click it. Step 2: Press the button on your mouse to go back. Step 3: Be taken to the channel that you were in before you clicked the notification.

Discord Version Stable, but is broken on PTB as well. Not sure about Canary.

Additional Context I use Windows, and I also use mouse navigation a lot, and having this issue throws me off 90% of the time. A fix would be nice.

Oh, and to note, I tested this on Linux as well. Same issue.
