[BUG] Old Upload Plugin doesn't work in servers when you have admin perms

Describe the Bug Old Upload Plugin doesn't work when you own a server or are an admin in one (might just be because of thread creation permissions)

To Reproduce Create a server Go to any channel Click upload

Expected Behavior I expect to have file explorer to open up like it does when I use the plugin in a server I don't have permissions in

Additional Context It probably has something to do with having admin permissions since it works in servers I don't have other permissions like thread creation and in DMs
