[REQ] Dropsuit command / Biosuit improvements

KTX has settings to enable dropping the quad and ring powerups on death but the same doesnt exist for the biosuit, a dropsuit setting to match these would be nice.

KTX also adds a dymanic light around players who have the suit but the original quake didnt have this, i feel this makes it less useful? not sure if players will like changing that though as its been this way for years.
