BUG: gl_lighting_color/vertex don't work anymore

ezQuake version: 3.6.5-dev 1~3c3623f

OS/device including version: W10 ; GTX 1060 ; driver 552.12 ; vid_renderer 1

Describe the bug When these vars were implemented years ago I tried them and remember they had an effect on viewmodels. Toggling them makes no difference now. Map shadows affect viewmodels but they shouldn't. I remember the weapon having a solid color always. I don't know if it's gl_lighting_vertex causing this by being permanently enabled or something else. gl_lighting_color has no effect on viewmodels over a colored area. I have gl_loadlitfiles 1 with the corresponding files.

To Reproduce Toggle vars over light/dark and (un)colored areas.

Expected behavior Viewmodels should be (un)affected with the corresponding setting.
