BUG: Columbian flag is missing from scoreboard_flags.pk3

Describe the bug Columbian flag is missing from scoreboard_flags.pk3, this means that authenticated Columbians are shown with missing flag.

To Reproduce Join a server with an authenticated Columbian player like 5h4DDoW. Observe that they have an asterix instead of a flag against their name.

Expected behavior Columbian flag would be displayed.

Additional context I injected a Columbian flag named co.png into scoreboard_flags.pk3/textures/scoreboard/flags and updated scoreboard_flags.pk3/textures/scoreboard/flags.json to reference this file. This fixed the problem. Example updated pk3 updated (note I just used a random columbian flag image from Wikipedia, ideally it would be sourced from the same place as the other flags for consistency) - remove the .zip extension. scoreboard_flags.pk3.zip
