Configure qnapi from command line

Hi, It would be great if we could configure qnapi from command line.

That's too much work for 0.2.3, need to postpone it.

I think configuration file like .qnapi would be sufficient and acceptable as configuration at this point. No GUI on the command line is required I guess, as it mostly will target Linux environment users there should be capable of modifying those files.
