Filenames don't specify language

Not quite sure where to leave this but I've been looking for software like this and it works perfectly so far. That being said, since I aim to use this for downloading 2 sets of subtitles in different languages, the fact the naming convention does not specify which language it is (so that Plex or other programmes can recognise it) is quite annoying.

Could you add an option to

• Download multiple files at once (in my case both Dutch and English)
• Have the title of the subs specify which language it is. Or even better, allow for custom naming conventions like "[Movie] ([Year]).[language code]"
