In reference to version 224734d7be7ff0c4a8adb3a206356ea122112f33

In the two expandable examples "Example (An Inconsistent System)" and "Example (A Consistent System)", the color coding of the column vectors does not match the color coding of the vector graphs. In particular, v_{1} should be BLUE, v_{2} should be GREEN, and w should be BLACK to match the graph with the column vectors.
