On the page: http://textbooks.math.gatech.edu/ila/preface-2.html, it says there is a master variant, and a version that only contains the content for math 1553.

On this page, of the master variant, http://textbooks.math.gatech.edu/ila/overview.html, it says "This textbook is exclusively targeted at Math 1553 at Georgia Tech" .

Seems contradictory.
