In reference to version 224734d7be7ff0c4a8adb3a206356ea122112f33

The 3x3 example at the beginning has a mistake. Right after we choose z=25 we do not distribute the negative sign before one of the fractions correctly. Art Chen wrote an email about this on 12/22/20
