Ordering of files in folder has few skips in chain

I made a lot of manipulation with code, but nothing changed. I've tried make editing, reordering, even upgrade os library and so on. On Linux Ubuntu 24.04.03 after running code order of files skip from 1 to 5 file's numbers in chain.
