Add Sentry integration

• [ ] Add Sentry machine to our Dockerfile.
• [ ] Add some logs to the project.
• [ ] Use the Flask integration plugin of Sentry.
• [ ] Use the Celery integration plugin of Sentry.
• [ ] Ensure proper integration and allow admins to login Sentry and view logs.
