When you create an event, the system will ask you if the event will be an actual meeting of a few individuals or a zoom meeting. If it's the latter, the system will create a zoom link and password and send it to all of the invites. If not, it will ask you to name a place, and make sure that there can be no more than 20 invites to this event.
