feature: Override hard-cap on Graph maxEntries

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The hard cap to 100 entries in Graph is limiting the ability for Telem's integration to show more data: https://github.com/cyberbit/telem/issues/49

Describe the solution you'd like An API that allows overriding the hard limit on maximum entries, with the caveat that it is a potential memory leak issue, and to proceed with caution.

Describe alternatives you've considered I have considered limiting my implementation to 100 maximum entries to match Basalt, but want to leave that as a last resort.
