Plugin sends create team packets for teams that already exist
Got crash through bungeecord, kicking players with this error!

Unfortunately this has been an issue ever since the plugin was created and is practically unfixable without a rewrite of how we handle teams in general due to the essentially undebuggable nature of how it is written right now.
