Later on we should provide touch versions, retina versions, etc.

• [ ] 1. @blaflamme provide vector artwork of Pyramid logo to @stevepiercy
• [ ] 2. @stevepiercy generate icons and commit to template

If @blaflamme can supply the vector artwork, I can generate nice looking icons. The current versions came from a PNG bitmap.

I would not commit the original vector artwork to the repo, only the generated icons.

I'm making this a milestone 2 task.
