[FEATURE] Disable Hue lights

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have Hue connected to Hive app and Hue integration setup in Home Assistant. As a result, the same lights in HA are imported twice

Describe the solution you'd like Not really sure what what the best approach would be. Maybe an option to disable creation of devices where manufacturer is 'Signify Netherlands B.V.'
