[FEATURE] support outside temperature like in old version

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. in the old version that was intergrated with HA it was possible to get the outside temperature that hive was telling the boilers it was it would be amazing to have this sensor again with the latest 2020.1.beta versions

Describe the solution you'd like an outside temperature sensor from hive like in the old version but in the new beta version

Describe alternatives you've considered you could use the standalone weather sensor to get temperature but its not the temperature that hive reports to your boiler for calculations etc
