Hi, dont work with W11 24H2 26120.3964

It's not specifically a Win11 issue, this script worked for me for a long while but in the last few weeks MS appears to have added new domains to serve ads through to Outlook.

The only ad I have been getting is the "Upgrade Your Account" ad from MS itself.

Did not work for me either. Unfortunately, I see ads in the outlook app. So annoying MS...

It doesn't work because MS doesn't seem to use the specific domain anymore to serve ads (outlookads.live.com).

I looked up all the ad servers Outlook connects to (using Fiddler), and this seems to be the current ones:

0.0.0.0 ib.adnxs.com
0.0.0.0 eb2.3lift.com
0.0.0.0 acdn.adnxs.com
0.0.0.0 msft-ssp.adnxs.com
0.0.0.0 msft-ssp-emea.adnxs.com

Adding them to the Windows HOSTS file blocks the ads successfully. However this will probably change periodically and will need to be updated.

The thing is that after blocking the ads Outlook reverts to a built-in placeholder "Ad" to "Upgrade Your Account". There doesn't seem to be a way to disable it. So it's really a choice between that and random ads.
