SinusoidalMixin phases and NgSpiceShared log errors suppression.

Added ac_phase and sin_phase argument to SinusoidalMixin. This is to accept the following ngspice-43 syntax.

Errors in NgSpiceShared logs are momentarily suppressed for compatibility with ngspice-43.
