add CO2, NH3, LH2 and H2 transport and CO2 storage costs from DEA

In the new data cataloque for energy transport from DEA from March 2021 costs for

  • CO2 transport (pipe, terminal, ship, road)
  • H2, LH2, NH3 (pipe, ship, road)

are included and should be added to the technology-data base. @euronion maybe this new data is interesting for you as well?
