North Sea Wind Power Hub datasets

We could think about using some of the cost data from North Sea Wind Power Hub datasets found at https://zenodo.org/records/10101328. I think especially for the electrolysis cost and the power transmission cost, we could take their cost assumptions.

Until now we assumed alkaline electrolysis and not PEM because these are the once most commonly used currently. We can discuss it next week!
