DAC in model

Feature Request

Curious if there's any work on integrating DAC into the model/if there is interest. I might need it for my work and don't want to repeat. My impression from PyPSA-EUR is that it should be a link, and eventually would need to be integrated into the heat sector: https://github.com/PyPSA/pypsa-eur/blob/6baab3296cefcfc4705dd1da402b42de532f2a3b/scripts/prepare_sector_network.py#L1182

No work has been done on integrating DAC from the sector side! Not sure about the electricity side of things, though.

We have a visiting student researcher, Ricardo, joining our group next week who will be encoding the subsurface CCS spatial data, and he will probably be refreshing our CO2 tracking methodology... I forget if he had planned DAC for his research but I will chat with him next week tuesday.

The sector side has state level emission tracking implemented! So there could be opportunities there to reuse logic/code/constraints!
