Wrong alignment between country borders and simplified onshore shapes

The shape associated with Luxembourg (after simplifying and clustering) extends too far to the eastern side. Therefore, it includes parts of Germany e.g. the city Trier. The bug was observed for 50 Clusters and for 22 Clusters in pypsa-ariadne. Screenshot from 2024-06-13 10-05-17
