Deprecate usage of SolarPosition(...).

Remove usage of SolarPosition inside the atlite code and favour direct usage of cutout.data variables. By this version everyone who has not migrated yet to cutouts with integrate solar positions will be forced to upgrade or stay with an earlier version.
