Bump ahash version to 0.8.

This is blocked upstream on https://github.com/tkaitchuck/aHash/issues/127

We cannot do this for now as ahash's atomic-polyfill feature shadows a dependency and it is therefore not compatible with our MSRV (which follows PyO3's MSRV) of Rust 1.48. So this will have to wait until the next Debian stable release bumping our MSRV.
