Another boolean operation error case

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load source, load sub
2. Subtract sub from source: source = source - sub will get an error object 
(the part of sub are still in the result) 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the sub should be subtracted from source

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest version. Windows 7 64bit.

Please provide any additional information below.

Progress: result is OK after added (UNION) two boxes at two ends of sub object, 
so there are some bugs. Wish bug fix soon!
