Another case Carve can't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load obj1, load obj2
2. Union obj1 and obj2 will get an unclosed object (without 
CarveTriangulatorWithImprovement and CarveHoleResolver)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The output object should be closed.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest version. Windows 7 64bit.
